The Higher School Certificate is the highest educational award in secondary education in NSW. The 2016-2020 dataset presents data based on Aboriginal status reported in the National Schools Statistics Collection (NSSC) conducted each August. The previous (2004-2019) dataset provides Aboriginal status using data from the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
